Matrix-vector multiplication (from serial to parallel)

Python section should maybe contain only Python specific material (e.g. NumPy, Scipy, ...), parallel
programming and GPU programming with Python should be in the corresponding sections

I corrected the URLs to MPI and OpenMP git repositories.
