Adding .gitignore to remove temporary files. Also adding the microtype
package in case we guess for pdfTeX 1.40 or above.

Update as a result of a discussion with the peer review officers:
1. precision section Key scientific/societal/technological contribution of the proposal
2. Time to solution as math equation

More adjustments from Florian added and errors/shortcomings fixed.

CI has been amended to create a package for download that should contain
all required files.

Hints in section titles will now also disappear. Also adding a mock-example.
