The `hyperref` package was missing, hence no links to tables nor
figures have been created. Added now.

Some font issues should be fixed with this. Also section numbering has
been adjusted for headings/references.

Currently white papers are uploaded to Zenodo with their publication on
the PRACE website. Zenodo can reserve a DOI prior to finalising an
entry. This way the final document can display the correct DOI. Please
make use of this possibility, otherwise omit the DOI.

This should now allow linebreaks and avoid entering the page margin.

No `xz` available on the runner.

CI has been amended to create a package for download that should contain
all required files.

parskip and parindent now closer to WORD, references with changed
formatting now.

Spacing before/after heading adjusted.
Ordering of References/Acknowledgements changed.

Removing attempt to push the updated `example.pdf` to the repository.
Any credentials can be leaked via a change to `.gitlab-ci.yml`, so I
don't think this can be done in a safe way.
